RCFV are pleased to announce we are holding another CrossFit Level 1 Certificate Course on August 11/12. Head over to CrossFit.com and click L1 Certificate Courses Europe to register.

The new RCFV Social and Cultural Secretary is the one and only SOB. He is now responsible for all social events so help him out – give him some ideas and he will get organising. Thank you Sean.

Vic has agreed to be our Member Liaison and she will do an awesome job. All info relating to members will now be posted in the “Members Info” category that can be accessed from the top drop down menu.

    Hate running and burpees!!!
    15.37….Oooofff that hurt but I’m happy with that!!

    Skills – rowing, thruster 7kg

    Pairs – (row 200m, thrusters 10) x3 = 13.46

    Feeling really sore in legs and stairs feel like Mount Everest
