    13.01 scaled pull ups with bumpers and hspu on box

  2. Did this before the Crossfit kids class!i did think 2 rounds wasn’t going to be enough! Half way through round 1 I was glad it was only 2 rounds lol. 12.13 rx managed 10 Kippin in row :)

  3. 15.14 with 1 Ab mat for HSPUs. Second lot of HSPUs slowed me up a lot.

    Taught Damien everything he knows learnt most of it running round the gehtto of Dunvant when I was a kid

    Felt exactly the same as Kelly. Would 2 rounds be enough? Halfway through rd1 yes!! Enjoyed it though!
