Great classes this morning – the On Ramp crew are on their way to kipping pull ups!! The 11:00am class hit the “Chief”.

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
60/40kg Power cleans, 3 reps
6 Press-ups
9 Squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.
