Beautiful day to train!!

The morning was kicked off with a great CF Kids class from Leights and Kelly.

Then a great turn out for the 1st of the Sunday sessions:

The Sport Relief Chipper
For Time:
20 Shoulder Press 40/20kg
30 Burpees
40 Box Jumps 24/20in
50 KB Swings 24/16kg
60 Press Ups (Hand Release)
70 Squats
Run 1 Sport Relief mile

  2. 27 something. Then 4 hours on the cement mixer, skimming and scratching. I am now in bits.

  5. Loved the atmosphere at the box. Not sure of my time, maybe 25 something…was too worried about puking to look at the clock. Hangovers, chippers and sun aren’t a great mix.
